These terms govern your use of javinex.in. They are not the contract under which we deliver services — that is a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where it conflicts with anything here, the signed agreement prevails.

The website is operated by Javinex Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may browse, read and share the content on this site. You may not:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site
• Scrape or harvest content at a scale that degrades the service for others
• Republish substantial portions of our content as your own, or remove attribution
• Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only. Nothing here constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice on which you should rely without speaking to us about your specific situation.

Timelines, cost ranges, approaches and technical opinions published on this site are illustrative. They do not constitute an offer, and they do not bind us in relation to any particular project. Any commitment we make will be in a written proposal or signed agreement.

The content, design, code, structure, text, graphics and logos on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may quote short extracts of our written articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to third parties are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only descriptively.

For client engagements, intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as set out in the signed agreement. We do not retain a licence over your product, your data or your brand.

We do retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, internal frameworks and general know-how. Where any of these are used in your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify and distribute them as part of the work — so nothing we reuse can ever be turned into a dependency you have to keep paying for.

Information you send through the contact form or by email is treated as confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request, at no cost, before any detailed discussion.

Please do not send credentials, production access, personal data belonging to your users, or highly sensitive commercial material through the website form. Once an NDA is in place we will give you a secure channel for anything of that kind.

This site links to external websites, including our own products at kisangyan.in and nivista.in, and to third-party tools and documentation. Linked sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We aim to keep this website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice, and we will not be liable if it is unavailable for any period.

Service-level commitments for software we build or support for you are defined in the relevant agreement, not here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions in relation to this website. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion, and thereafter through mediation.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. This version is effective from 24 August 2026.
