Building from Bengaluru for India and beyond

Software teams talk.
We ship products.

Javinex Technologies LLP builds web platforms, mobile apps, AI systems and cloud infrastructure for businesses. We also run two products of our own — so the advice you get comes from people who carry the pager, not just the proposal.

Our own products

We pay our own cloud bills, get our own apps reviewed by the Play Store, and fix our own 2 a.m. incidents. It is why our estimates include the work most agencies forget.

2

Products of our own

One live on Google Play, one in beta

12

States served by KisanGyan

From a single, configuration-driven codebase

9

Languages in one app

Eight Indian languages plus English, voice-first

8

Service practices

Web, mobile, AI, cloud, design, data, product, support

What we do

Eight practices. One team that has actually shipped in each.

We take products from a blank page to production and keep them running afterwards. Pick the piece you need, or hand us the whole thing.

Proof, not promises

We are our own hardest client.

Most software firms show you a portfolio of work they handed over years ago. We would rather show you two products we still operate, with the engineering decisions written down.

Why Javinex

Small on purpose. Senior by default.

We are a boutique firm and we intend to stay one. It is the only structure where the person who scoped your project is the person who writes the code.

01

We run our own products in production

KisanGyan is live on Google Play; Nivista is in beta. We carry pagers for our own software, pay our own cloud bills, and get our own apps rejected by store review. That experience is why our estimates account for the work that agencies routinely forget.

02

Senior people do the work

The engineer in your kickoff call is the engineer writing the code. We are deliberately small, we do not staff projects with a senior architect for the pitch and juniors for delivery, and we would rather decline work than dilute it.

03

We build for Bharat, not just India

Multilingual interfaces, offline-first sync, voice-led UX and entry-level Android performance are not specialisms we advertise — they are how we build by default, because our own users needed them.

04

AI we can actually defend

Evaluation harnesses, versioned prompts, guardrails, cost models and provider-agnostic abstractions. We have shipped LLM features to real users in nine languages and know exactly which parts break.

05

Fixed scope, or a real team — your choice

Some work suits a fixed-price project with a defined outcome. Some suits a monthly dedicated team. We will tell you which one your project actually is instead of selling you the one with better margins.

06

No lock-in, ever

Standard technologies, your repositories, your cloud accounts, documented handover. If you want to bring the work in-house next year, that is a success for us, not a loss.

Cost & commitments

Senior engineering, without agency pricing.

Lower cost is not a discount we offer — it is what falls out of being small, senior and heavily reused. Here is exactly where the saving comes from, and what we will put in the contract.

Why we cost less

No bench, no layers

You pay for the engineers doing the work. There is no account manager forwarding emails, no delivery manager compiling status decks, and no bench of idle staff quietly loaded into your hourly rate.

Senior people finish sooner

On routine work a senior engineer is somewhat faster. On the hard parts they are several times faster — and they do not build the version that has to be thrown away. A higher day rate over fewer days is usually the cheaper invoice.

We reuse what we already built

Authentication, OTP, payments, notifications, admin scaffolding, CI pipelines and deploy tooling are already built and hardened in our own products. You are not funding their invention a second time.

We talk you out of scope

The cheapest feature is the one you never build. Discovery routinely removes a third of the original brief — and the removed third is usually the part nobody would have used.

What we put in writing

Fixed price on fixed scope
Once the specification is agreed, the price is agreed. Changes are quoted and approved before work starts — never added to an invoice afterwards.
Every estimate shows its assumptions
Integration count, user roles, platforms, who supplies content. You can see exactly what would move the number, so the quote is something you can interrogate rather than accept on faith.
Milestones we miss are on us
If we miss an agreed date for reasons on our side, you do not pay for the overrun. Deadlines mean nothing if only one party carries the risk.
Defects fixed free for 30 days
Anything that does not match the agreed specification is corrected at no cost after launch. We would rather fix it than argue about whose ticket it is.
No surprise invoices, ever
Retainers cover a stated scope and a stated allowance. Work beyond it is quoted and approved first. You will never open a bill you were not expecting.
You own everything from day one
Code, infrastructure, accounts and credentials sit in your organisation from the first commit. Leaving is always cheap — which is precisely what keeps us worth staying with.

How we work

Five stages, and you see working software in every one.

No dark periods, no six-week silences ending in a surprise demo. Something reaches a real environment every week from the first sprint.

01

Discover

We start by understanding the business, not the feature list. Who is the user, what decision are they trying to make, what does success look like in numbers, and what is genuinely fixed versus assumed. Usually this reshapes the brief.

  • Product specification
  • Prioritised backlog
  • Risk register
  • Costed delivery plan
02

Design

Flows before pixels, then high-fidelity screens covering every state that matters — including the empty, offline and error states most projects discover late. Architecture is decided here too, and written down with its trade-offs.

  • User flows
  • Screen designs & prototype
  • Design system
  • Architecture decision record
03

Build

Two-week iterations, something in a real environment every single week, and a demo you can use rather than a status report you have to read. Typed contracts and CI keep the frontend and backend honest with each other.

  • Weekly deployed builds
  • Automated tests in CI
  • Live demo environment
  • Written change log
04

Ship

Launch is a process, not a date: staged rollout, monitoring and alerting live before the first user, store submissions prepared against current policy, and a rollback path that has been tested rather than assumed.

  • Production deployment
  • Monitoring & alerting
  • Store listings
  • Runbook & handover
05

Scale

After launch the questions change: what do users actually do, where does it cost too much, what breaks first at ten times the load. We instrument, review monthly, and plan the next quarter from evidence.

  • Analytics review
  • Performance & cost tuning
  • Quarterly roadmap
  • Ongoing support SLA

Industries

Domains where we already know the hard parts.

Every industry has a constraint that only shows up once you have shipped into it. Here is where we have already found ours.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us.

We will tell you which one your project actually is, rather than the one with the better margin for us.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome with clear boundaries

We scope precisely in a paid discovery sprint, then deliver against a fixed price and timeline. Best for websites, well-understood applications and clearly bounded integrations.

  • Written specification and acceptance criteria
  • Fixed price, milestone-based invoicing
  • Weekly demo of working software
  • 30 days of post-launch defect support

Fixed price, milestone billing

Dedicated team

An evolving product with a moving roadmap

A senior squad works as your product team on a monthly basis — in your standups, your tools and your backlog. Scope flexes without renegotiating a contract every time priorities change.

  • Named engineers, designers and delivery lead
  • Your sprint cadence and your tooling
  • Monthly retainer, 30-day notice
  • Full transparency on capacity and velocity

Monthly retainer, 30-day notice

Product partnership

Founders without an in-house technical team

We take end-to-end responsibility for building and running the product, including architecture, hiring advice, vendor selection and technical reporting to your board or investors.

  • Fractional CTO engagement
  • Full delivery ownership
  • Infrastructure and security ownership
  • Investor and board technical reporting

Monthly retainer, scoped quarterly

Support & AMC

Software already live that needs an owner

SLA-backed maintenance for products in production, whether we built them or not. Bug fixes, security patching, monitoring, store policy changes and a monthly enhancement allowance.

  • Published severity matrix and response times
  • Security patching and dependency upgrades
  • Monitoring, backups and restore testing
  • Monthly report and quarterly technical review

Monthly retainer, annual contract

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer plainly.

Founders building a first product, small and mid-sized businesses digitising operations that currently run on spreadsheets, and established companies who need a specific capability — AI, mobile, cloud — that their in-house team does not have. We work with Indian clients and with international clients who want an India-based engineering partner.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

A 30-minute conversation, no cost and no pitch deck. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
