Overview

We ship our own apps to the Play Store. That matters more than it sounds, because the hard part of mobile is not writing screens — it is everything after: signing keys, staged rollouts, crash triage, forced-upgrade flows, review rejections, and what your app does when the user walks into a basement with no signal.

We build in Flutter, which gives you Android and iOS from one codebase without the uncanny-valley feel of a web wrapper. And we design for the network conditions our users actually have, not the ones we wish they had.

Android-first products for the Indian market, built down to API 23 so they run on the phones your users already own — not just this year's flagships.

Offline-first architecture

A local SQLite database is the source of truth; the network is a sync detail. Users keep working through dead zones and the app reconciles when signal returns.

Voice and multilingual UX

Speech-to-text and text-to-speech in Indian languages, plus full localisation. We have shipped an app whose primary interface is voice, in nine languages, for users with low literacy.

On-device machine learning

TensorFlow Lite models running locally for image classification and detection — instant results, no upload cost, and it works with the phone in flight mode.

Enterprise & field-force apps

Attendance, inspections, order capture and delivery apps with GPS, camera, barcode and background sync, plus an admin web console to see it all.

Release engineering

CI-built signed artifacts, internal and closed testing tracks, staged rollouts, in-app update prompts, Sentry crash reporting, and store listing assets in every language you launch in.

Discover

We start by understanding the business, not the feature list. Who is the user, what decision are they trying to make, what does success look like in numbers, and what is genuinely fixed versus assumed. Usually this reshapes the brief.

Design

Flows before pixels, then high-fidelity screens covering every state that matters — including the empty, offline and error states most projects discover late. Architecture is decided here too, and written down with its trade-offs.

Build

Two-week iterations, something in a real environment every single week, and a demo you can use rather than a status report you have to read. Typed contracts and CI keep the frontend and backend honest with each other.

Ship

Launch is a process, not a date: staged rollout, monitoring and alerting live before the first user, store submissions prepared against current policy, and a rollback path that has been tested rather than assumed.

Scale

After launch the questions change: what do users actually do, where does it cost too much, what breaks first at ten times the load. We instrument, review monthly, and plan the next quarter from evidence.
